1. What did you do in 2003 that you'd never done before?
Not go insane over financial troubles.

2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
I don't believe I made any for last year, so uhm. I will make some this year, tonight probably.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Emily - friend. And my Step Brothers' wife.

4. Did anyone close to you die?
A former co-worker of mine & Chris's friend committed suicide in October.

5. What countries did you visit?; If stayed put, where did you go?
Huntsville - Dothan, Alabama;
Panama City Beach, Florida;
Some river on the SW side of the state.. went river rafting, Montana;
Arvada - Denver - Estess Park, Colorado;
McCordsville - Muncie - Fishers - Indianapolis, Indiana.

6. What would you like to have in 2004 that you lacked in 2003?
Persistence; assertiveness; motvation.

7. What date(s) from 2003 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
May 28th - Sworn into USAF DEP; Early March saw my granny after several years of not seeing her. She's 81.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I'd say getting into AF DEP.

9. What was your biggest failure?
Being a slacker; Not trying hard enough to win my job back.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
On Short Term Disability June-August for a sickness; Oral surgery in September; light flu in October.

11. What was the best thing you bought?
I don't buy myself things that much anymore.

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
I'd say mine. First half of the year I was a total.. slacker? Yes. Last quarter I turned around completely.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
Ha. If I mention who and why I'll be the one getting lashed out on.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Bills - medical and otherwise; groceries.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Visiting Indiana after 3+yrs of being apart. Seeing Crystal; neighbors and family.

16. What song will always remind you of 2003?
Hoobastank - "Running Away"

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. happier or sadder? Happier.
ii. thinner or fatter? Haha. Fatter. But that is a good thing.
iii. richer or poorer? Poorer.

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Spend more time off the computer; if on it, use more of my creative side by designing or writitng; Talk to family and friends; interact more with others.

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
Putting up with other people's bullshit; chatting online; giving into others.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
Spent it with Chris and at a family friends' house. Met a really funny old guy who used to be in the USAF. Told stories about being posted up in Alaska and somewhere in Canada back in the 50's.

21. Did you fall in love in 2003?
Yes. Fell back in love with Chris.

22. How many one-night stands?
Haha.. none.

What was your favorite TV program?
Sex and the City; OZ; OC; Simpsons; Mail Call; Tactical to Practical; Trading Spaces; Clean Sweep; E.R.; Judging Amy; FNC - The Fox Report w/Shepard Smith.

23. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?

24. What was the best book you read?
"Don't Sweat The Small Stuff - In Love" - Richard (Ph.D.) & Kristine Carlson.

25. What was your greatest musical discovery?
Violins. I just love of how they are played... when done correctly that is.

26. What did you want and get?
I'll assume this is all year... Too many Hostess Snowballs...; earrings; too much soda.

27. What did you want and not get?
A down-filled mattress cover. Yeah never mentioned it before but hoped someone could read my mind. I gotta stop that.

28. What was your favorite film of this year?
Wow. SWAT was good but overall the best film I'd say was Lord of the Rings 3.

29. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
Went to Chili's with Jenny (half sis); Jonathan & Jordan (nephews) in Colorado. I turned 22.

30. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Winning the lottery.

31. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2003?
When in doubt, don't ask your significant other of how you look. Either they don't know or will lie to make you feel better. Go by your instincts.

32. What kept you sane?
New discovery of flavored coffee. Mmm. And starting Depo-Provera. First few days were sucky but now I'm level-headed. Very odd.

33. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?

34. What political issue stirred you the most?
Abortion; Gay Marriages/Unions; The War; Religion; Patriot Act.

35. Who did you miss?
Friends and family whom I wasn't able to see.

36. Who was the best new person you met?
Just in 2003? Hmm.. It has to be you.

37. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2003.
Don't care of what others tell you, unless they are right; Follow your own path don't let others sway you for them to succeed and leave you behind;
