It is official folks. I am going river rafting at Blackfoot River near Missoula, MT this weekend. I gotta be ready to go by 6:45 am Saturday. Yeah AM. How am I supposed to do that? I guess I'll have to hit up the Tylenol PM tonight.

A few nights ago I had dug up and spilled a bunch of mental issues out in plain sight to someone. I don't regret the action but I do regret the way I felt and continue feeling currently - like crap.

I guess it was good to get it out in the open again, but still, *sighs*
