2005: Year In Review
30 December 2005 - 22:59

An idea I borrowed/took from Kim

January
Getting somewhat burnt out at my cashiering job at Walmart, but totally head-over-heels with my boyfriend. We were having a long distance relationship. I, living in Alabama, he in western Washington state. Later in the month, I secretly bought a plane ticket to see him for a week. Told my mom and she was pretty mad but she couldn't do anything about it as I was over the age of 18, and already purchased the ticket.

February
My divorce was finalized, about time. Seven or so months after we had called it quits, he had put the papers through. I am free!

March
Yeah, not much. St. Pattie's day happened.

April
20th I said goodbye to my work-friends and a few days later I moved out to western Washington in with my boyfriend and really funny roommate.

May
Visited my sisters college graduation towards the first part of the month, saw my Dad and other friends and family I hadn't seen for years. It was nice to be back.

June
Chuck had left for his patrol, so I was job-hunting like crazy, getting used to the area by getting lost and freaking out.

July
Landed a job but shortly lost it due to an accident I had. I locked my knees for too long = passing out.

August
Got another job after putting in dozens of applications around town, at the local Hallmark.
My mom's sister/my aunt was diagnosed with Breast Cancer, but she's now free of it.

September
I turned 24!
Started to love my Hallmark job, like getting really into it. All I'd talk about was Hallmark.

October
Went to a Seahawk's game, my first ever pro-football game. The Hawks killed the Houston Texan's. It was great.

November
Started up my second job, but only for the Christmas season, I loved it but it's nice to have one job again.

December
I'm glad Christmas is finally over, and I can actually think of something other than that for once.

In conclusion: I'm 24 and never been drunk. Woo! : /
